Shipping & Returns


Shipping Information - Australia 

We use either Australia Post, Sendle or Fastway Couriers for our shipping. We aim to dispatch goods within 1-2 business days of receiving your order, however during busy sale periods please allow an extra day. If your order contains a pre-order item, we will wait for this to be available and the whole order will be shipped together. Please ensure your postal address is up to date. If your order is returned to us for non-delivery / non-collection, we may have to charge you again for redelivery.

Shipping Information - New Zealand & Overseas
Our priority is your goods arriving safely and quickly. For this reason we'll use a priority handling, signed for, delivery service. Shipping to New Zealand is charged at $29.95. 


Unfortunately we are unable to accept returns due to change of mind. However if you believe the item is faulty or does not match what you have ordered, please contact us. Photographic evidence is required.


We are based in Gymea, NSW and delivery is generally within 1 week from the date of dispatch. However it can take longer for delivery to Western Australia and Northern Territory.


Collection of Orders
Pick up is available for local residents, please contact us to arrange a time. 


Lost or Damaged Items
Once your parcel has left our premises, it is the responsibility of Australia Post or courier. We do not accept responsibility for lost items, missing items or damaged items during transit by Australia Post or selected courier. We are not obliged to replace lost, missing or damaged items. In the unlikely event that anything should go wrong with your delivery, please contact us as soon as possible but not later than a week after delivery. If any damage has occurred, please keep all articles in their original packaging, it maybe needed for insurance purposes.


Ordering & Payment 
We prefer to accept orders online. However if you would like to make a payment over the phone, please email us your order and telephone number and we will contact you to arrange this. All prices on our site are in Australian Dollars and include GST. Accepted payment methods include PayPal, Visa and Mastercard.


Non-Australian Customers 
At this time, we can accept online credit card payments issued by most VISA or Mastercard companies, however payments will be in Australian dollars. 


Warranty Policy
We offer a 6 month guarantee against any manufacturing faults. Please contact us within 6 months of your purchase to let us know the problem you are experiencing. Photographic evidence is required. 


Privacy Policy 
The Green Abode will never willfully sell, trade, rent, or otherwise transmit any personally identifiable information about you to any third party. Rest assured we take your privacy very seriously.

Pricing and GST 
All prices (including postage charges) quoted are gross figures and include GST at 10%. 


We value your confidence in our products and endeavour to provide accurate product information about each item on our site. While we have taken care to choose images which represent the colour of the articles, please be aware that each computer screen will show colours differently.  Our products must only be used for their intended purpose, as indicated on our website. Responsibility will not be taken for any loss, damage or injury due to the misuse of our product.
